We have been purchasing Yb from another supplier. The Yb from this supplier often has many internal inclusions and defects. When the Yb is rolled into sheets, it cracks and blisters around these inclusions. Some portions of the ingot are relatively free of defects and the metal can be used as intended. Amos on 1/7/2019
