An evaporation boat is the best thermal evaporation source for vacuum evaporation metallization. There are two types of boats. The raw materials used are mainly BN, TiB2, and AlN powder. Boats containing all 3 materials are called “3-component boats”, 

while there are also boats containing BN and TiB2 powders called “2-component boats”. We offer the Conductive Ceramic evaporator boats/Coating Crucibles.

Conductive ceramic Coating crucible is a new product developed mainly to solve the problems of coating sputtering pot, nickel, and copper corrosion. Adopt advanced formulation technology, optimize omponents, have good chemical stability and stable resistivity. Good oxidation resistance, resistant to aluminum, nickel, copper and gold corrosion. The maximum using temperature is 1800°C.

Suitable for all vacuum web coaters, Evaporation Boats are made of electrically conductive ceramic composites and are characterized by a unique combination of chemical, mechanical, and electrical properties.

Packing

As a ceramic material, boron nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Hot-Pressed Boron Nitride conductive ceramics are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for BN products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
