The design and manufacture of the classifier wheel is the core process of the classifier. The classifying wheel usually has two kinds of metal and ceramic, for some materials sensitive to magnetic contamination must use the ceramic classifying wheel. In the current market, ceramic classifier wheel is mostly made of zirconia and alumina. The newly developed silicon nitride classifying wheel has more excellent wear resistance than the traditional ceramic material and also has the unique advantages of high strength, anti-adhesion, and low density. We can design and produce various types of silicon nitride ceramic classifier wheels according to customers’ requirements (the maximum diameter is up to 340mm).
