Cu/MoCu/Cu (CPC) is a sandwich composite material like Cu/Mo/Cu, including a Mo-Cu alloy core layer and two copper cladding layers. The thickness ratio of Cu:Mo-Cu:Cu can vary. It has a higher thermal conductivity than W(Mo)-Cu and Cu/Mo/Cu, and is cheaper, so in comparison, it has a higher cost performance.

Cu/MoCu/Cu (copper + molybdenum copper + copper) is similar to Cu/Mo/Cu, including a MoCu alloy core layer and two copper cladding layers. The MoCu core is usually Mo70Cu30 alloy, sometimes Mo50Cu50, etc. The CTE ratio of Cu/MoCu/Cu is adjustable. It has different CTE in the X and Y directions but is also adjustable. It has higher thermal conductivity than WCu, MoCu, and CMC. All types of Cu/MoCu/Cu sheets can be stamped into components.
