Edgetech offers Niobium fasteners including screws, bolts, studs, threaded rods, nuts, washers, and special forms customized to DIN, ISO, ASME, JIS, and other international specifications. 
We can provide pure unalloyed Niobium, Nb-Zr, Nb-Ti, Nb-C103 alloy, or other special Niobium alloys required by customers.
In the process of producing Niobium fasteners, we use comprehensive manufacturing methods to ensure the accuracy expected by customers.
-Turning and CNC Turning – for surface and threading

-Drilling and Punching – for washers
-Thread Rolling – for threads
The finished Niobium fasteners will be properly annealed to relieve residual stresses and each piece will be inspected by pass/fail gauges.
