Tungsten Plate

We offer tungsten rolled products, including tungsten plate, tungsten sheet, and tungsten foil, available in a variety of widths, lengths, and thicknesses. Tungsten rolled products are made from pressed and sintered powder metallurgy  ingots. The ingots are first forged into tungsten block blanks and then rolled into plates, sheets, and foils. The tungsten plate is made by hot rolling.

We provide tungsten plates with purity W≥99.95%, which are widely used in ion implantation, sputter coating, medical CT, electronics, and vacuum high-temperature equipment.

The main surface treatment method of tungsten plates is polishing, which will result in a smooth surface and tight dimensional tolerances of the product.

Packing & pictures for our Tungsten plates

W plates are fragile and heavy and need to be handled with care. The standard packaging for boards is wooden boxes to protect the boards during handling and transportation. Paper boxes are also used for small plates.
